Enjoy trekking through the lush rainforest to the beautiful waterfalls at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro made by the melting water of its glacier. Our waterfall retreats include a cultural tour - except Meru Forest day trip near Arusha at the foot of Mount Meru. After your hike and swim (if you dared to jump into the cold water) you will visit and get to know Chagga people who live at the slopes of the mountain.
You will learn about their culture and history, their traditional coffee and banana farming. After experiencing the entire process of coffee production from planting to grading the beans you will be rewarded with a fresh brewed hot coffee. This is certainly a must for all coffee lovers!
